April 10-12 – FHF Patient Advocate Training

the Family Heart Foundation Advocates for Awareness Training will be held April 10-12 in Pasadena, CA. Our next group of dedicated FH Advocates will come together to prepare to tell their stories to raise awareness of FH across the United States. Sharing the personal experiences of people living with FH is one of the most powerful ways to get the message out that FH is a common but under diagnosed and under treated cause of premature heart disease.
