Directions In a microwave safe bowl place all ingredients in the bowl. Stir ingredients.
Cook on high in microwave for 5-6 minutes until berries pop open. Stir.
Let stand until thickened and cool. This can also be served warm.
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans can be added if desired.
|12 oz. fresh cranberries, rinsed||¼ tsp ginger|
|1 pear, peeled and chopped||¼ tsp allspice|
|1/3 cup brown sugar||¼ cup water|
|1/3 cup raisins||1 Tbsp vinegar|
