Support Groups
The Family Heart Foundation is here to support individuals living with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and high lipoprotein (a), or Lp(a), their family members, and caregivers. Each support group is moderated by the Family Heart Foundation on Facebook to ensure timely and relevant information.
