The Association of Preventive Cardiologists (ASPC) will celebrate their 30th anniversary at their 4th Annual CVD Prevention Conference this July 31-August 2 in Boca Raton, FL. The conference will offer cutting-edge evidence-based lectures, discussions, and debates regarding the latest advances, current trends, and innovative therapies for CVD prevention.

the Family Heart Foundation’s very own Board of Directors member, Dr. Seth Baum, and FH Advocate, Rhiannon Eades, will be hosting a session titled “Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) – Our Exploding Understanding of FH Pathophysiology and our Urgent Need to Identify and Treat Affected Families (plus: Living Well with FH – Insights from a Patient).” Please come out to support and learn more during the session, to be held on August 1st from 10:30am-11:10am.
