Jun 23 – Free CME Workshop – FH: Identifying Patients & Improving Outcomes

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) is hosting a free CME dinner workshop entitled “Familial Hypercholesterolemia in 2015: Providing Cutting-Edge Care in Today’s Clinical Practice.” The workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach on June 23rd. the Family Heart Foundation’s FH Advocate Heidi Olguin will be present to tell her patient story. All cardiologists are encouraged to attend.
