Roasted Acorn Squash with Maple Syrup

Roasted squash is a delicious side dish that is simple and easy-to-make. Check out our latest heart-healthy recipe!


2 medium size acorn squash4 tsp Maple Syrup
cinnamon (optional)



Wash and dry acorn squash.

Cut in half and clean out pulp.

Place 1 tsp Maple Syrup in each squash half.

Spray each squash with vegetable oil spray or brush with olive oil.

Bake cut side up at 350 for 60 minutes.

You can sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
